The Forester was seen as a practical SUV. Solid, but uninspiring. The new model was a tougher breed. So we had the idea that its toughness could rub off on you, whatever you want to do. The film tells a beautiful story about a cold-water swimmer summoning the courage to dive into a lake... in Wales... in January. Now that's tough.
